WHAT MAKES Kenya DIFFERENT?
Kenya Sullivan’s careers in education, probation, and mental health provide him with a complexity of perspectives on evidence-based behavioral techniques, optimizing behavioral modification, workforce development, and system change. With years of experience as a special education teacher, juvenile and felony adult probation officer, and family court therapist, Kenya brings a trauma-informed approach rooted in lived professional experience and clinical depth.
In 2009, he founded Kenya Sullivan & Associates, providing professional development trainings to probation departments and college institutions throughout Northern and Southern California, with a focus on optimizing service to California’s vulnerable and disadvantaged populations.
